The gentle, dynamic TriYoga® sequences with Ishtar Dobler will guide you into a conscious connection with your body and breath. Each posture emerges from stillness, each movement becomes meditation. The practice is accompanied by the deep, resonant sounds of Dhrupad, live sung by Amit Sharma. This rare Indian music form opens an inner space of vastness, presence, and relaxation.

Through the conscious connection of TriYoga® and live Dhrupad, a space is created where relaxation, clarity, and regeneration are possible — without performance pressure, but with mindfulness. For all who yearn for a retreat from daily life, inner peace, and mindful presence.

• Gentle to dynamic yoga sequences to promote flexibility, stability, and inner balance
• Breathing techniques (Pranayama) and mindful movement meditations
• Live Dhrupad concert and sound baths (Nada Yoga Nidra) with Amit Sharma – healing sounds leading into deep silence
• Reflection and rest periods to integrate the practice
• Inspiration for your own spiritual practice in daily life

Prerequisites:
This retreat is open to everyone who is seeking peace, mindful movement, and an interest in meditative music from India. No prior yoga experience is required.

As a passionate and experienced yoga teacher & therapist, Ishtar Dobler teaches through the gently flowing movements of TriYoga® to cultivate deep trust in the breath and body, offering moments of peace and inner clarity. Since 2013, Ishtar has been leading courses, workshops, and teacher trainings in Switzerland and internationally. With her background as a complementary therapist and ongoing studies in yoga, Spiral Dynamics, meditation, and breathing techniques, she brings deep mindfulness and body awareness to her sessions.

Amit Sharma is a master of traditional Dhrupad music, one of the oldest and most profound music forms in India. Born into a family of musicians and trained by renowned masters of the Dhrupad tradition, he has established himself as a respected singer and teacher. He has performed concerts worldwide, guiding listeners into a healing space of deep meditative silence and inner harmony through his voice and the sounds of his Tanpura. As a sound artist and teacher, he accompanies individuals on their journey to deep relaxation and inner peace.
